The Modular countertop organizer family shares a common base that allows you to mix and match interchangeable inserts so you can customize your patron’s experience. The Modular System supports shallow and deep trays that hold straws, lids, condiments, utensils and many more options. The system also supports San Jamar’s Mini Domes® as well as 1/6 size GN pans to help you adapt to any application.

The Modular Organizer

The Modular Organizer series includes shallow & deep trays for storing and displaying product & condiments. Multiple units can be interlinked with rubber non-slip feet that keep organizers aligned and connected.

Modular Mini Dome®

The Modular Mini Dome includes four Mini Domes for storage of dry or chilled condiments and garnishes. Multiple units can be interlinked with rubber non-slip feet to keep organizers aligned and connected.

Modular ModPan™

The Modular ModPan includes four 1/6 size ModPans for high capacity storage of dry condiments and garnishes. It will also accommodate existing gastronorm 1/6 size pans. Multiple units can be interlinked.
